I so enjoy Tuesday morning classes with Michelle. There's just the right balance of challenge and fun. The sequences are thoughtfully designed to build to a peak pose and I can feel the difference it is making over time in my body (and mind).

For students who’ve been coming to Iyengar yoga classes regularly for at least two years. Work is more intensive than at Beginners level and you’ll be introduced to a wider variety of asanas, and basic pranayama.
