Monday evening class

For students who’ve been coming to Iyengar yoga classes regularly for at least two years. Work is more intensive than at Beginners level and you’ll be introduced to a wider variety of asanas, and basic pranayama.

I have attended Michelle’s Saturday Iyengar Yoga class for two years. I feel I have progressed well in my practice as a result. I am motivated by the clear demonstrations and instructions as well as the individual feedback and adjustments given by Michelle. There is a good combination of professional, informed and safe tuition balanced with a kind and quirky sense of humour.  I find class a beneficial and fun experience. Highly recommended.

I so enjoy Tuesday morning classes with Michelle. There's just the right balance of challenge and fun. The sequences are thoughtfully designed to build to a peak pose and I can feel the difference it is making over time in my body (and mind).
