#### A class for those who are new to yoga or for those students who are out of practice as they have not practiced for a while.  Basic yoga postures (asanas) are taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility, and they’re suitable for any age group. Class sequences will also include seated poses, chest opening poses, inversions as well as more restful poses.  Those with other yoga experience are advised to join a general yoga class
